The Best Weight Loss Tool Is...

...your toothbrush.
 Think about it.  When you brush your teeth, I mean realy brush them and floss them and use mouthwash and all that, you don't want to have to go through all of that again.  So usually, if someone asks you if you want something to eat, you say "I just brushed."
So take that idea at night.  After you eat dinner and know that you will be tempted to gorge on unhealthy snacks, brush your teeth and you will be less likely to stray.
At least it works for me.
